How to Prepare Your Pet for Boarding
A little preparation goes a long way. Here's what we recommend to make your pet's stay as smooth and stress-free as possible.
Bring vaccination records
All boarding animals must be up to date on core vaccinations. Bring your records or have your vet send them ahead of time.
Pack familiar items
A favourite toy, blanket, or item with your scent can help your pet feel at home and reduce anxiety during their stay.
Stick to their diet
Bring enough of your pet's regular food for the full stay. Sudden diet changes can cause digestive upset — we'll follow your feeding schedule.
Share their routine
Let us know your pet's daily schedule — walk times, nap habits, any quirks. The more we know, the better we can care for them.
Label everything
Put your pet's name on all belongings — food containers, toys, bedding. It helps us keep everything organised and returned to you.
